megaTrak™ Product Description

megaTrak™ is an extremely configurable, robust and scalable Warehouse Management System (WMS) that integrates with Symbol and Windows Mobile devices in batch, radio-frequency and RFID configurations. With megaTrak™ you can manage multiple warehouses, locations and bins, over 100 fields of item attributes, lots/serials, UPC Codes, and much more. megaTrak™ supports all of the basic transactions in warehouse management: Receipts, Shipments, Adjustments, Stock Transfers, Cycle Counts, and Production Assembly, while providing a detailed transaction history log for reporting and traceability. In addition, megaTrak™ supports optimized picking, packing, guided putaways, cycle-count scheduling and pallet tracking. And since megaTrak™ connects to most popular ERP and accounting systems, all of the information generated at the warehouse is automatically updated to the accounting system through our scheduler,  megaSched™. There is no warehouse too big, complex, or specialized that megaTrak™ can't handle.

megaTrak™ Features

megaTrak™ supports all the basic inventory transactions such as Adjustments, Inventory Receipts, Expense Issues, Material Moves and Transfers.

megaTrak™ supports multiple warehouse and location setup. Inside each of these locations, pallets, packages and containers can be tracked through license plates. Through license plating, container, pallet and package contents can be tracked as well.

Along with the basic transactions, megaTrak™ supports configurable Cycle count scheduling, setup and execution so you can setup a regular cycle count program. You can count by Item, Location, Warehouse and keep a complete record of counts.

megaTrak™ also comes with configurable Putaways, Picking, Packing and Replenishment. There are dozens of configurable business rules in each functional area that allow multiple setups of each object. This also allows several different order release options to co-exist simultaneously.

megaTrak™ provides labor management and tracking to apply employees to picks, packing and labor. Also included are labor management reports and statistics which provides you with more information to manage your labor force.

megaTrak™ helps manage the intransit process by providing functionality to model the entire process: the creation of a transfer ticket, the pick from the sending warehouse, the receipt at the receiving plant and the putaway to the receiving warehouse.

megaTrak™ give many options for receiving. You can receive by purchase order, Landed Cost document or apply miscellaneous receipts by using either the hand-held or PC. It is common that our customers also like to print product labels on receipt that include pallet, item, serial and lot information as needed.
